摘要
目的总结分析对特重型对冲性颅脑损伤手术治疗体会。方法回顾性分析12例病人的手术。结果12例病人的预后优于采用常规手术方法病人的预后。结论特重型对冲性颅脑损伤的病人宜采用跨中线的筋膜间翼点入路。
Objective To summarize the clinical operation rescue experience in patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods 12 patients,admitted from Jan 1995 to Dec 2002,suffered severe traumatic brain injury were summariedand analysed retrospectively.Results The results indicate that operation significantly improves outcome in severe TBI ,rather than LC, be recommended for such patients.Conclusion Sthe transmidline interfascial pterional approach be recommended for severe TBI patients.
