摘要
以马来酸酐为原料,使用复合型催化剂,通过一步法合成了聚环氧琥珀酸,并用正交实验设计法对聚环氧琥珀酸合成过程的工艺条件进行了优化。经红外光谱表征和1HNMR核磁测试,证明产物与聚环氧琥珀酸含有相同的基团,经阻垢实验测试,产物具有较强的阻垢性能。
A green scale corrosion inhibitor polyepoxysuccinate acid was synthesized with anhydride in the presence of composite catalyst through one step method,and the optimum process were investigated by the orthogonal experiments.The product was characterized by IR and(()~1HNMR),the results showed that the product had the same functional group with PESA,and it had better performance of scale corrosion inhibition.
