摘要 采用化学镀膜的方法,在空心微珠(沉珠和漂珠)表面进行金属化处理。采用常用的胶体钯活化工艺在沉珠和漂珠表面包覆铜、镍等金属膜,并根据漂珠表面的性质,采用了直接镀银的方法在漂珠表面包覆金属膜,取得了比传统胶体钯活化工艺更好的效果,并在镀银的漂珠表面包覆铜、镍等金属膜,实现了在漂珠表面包覆单层和多层金属膜。其中直接镀银的方法所获得金属膜表面比采用胶体钯活化工艺所获得金属膜表面更加光滑。 Using a colloidal Pd catalytic system to metalize the surface of precipitators separated from coal fly-ash,the metals such as Cu,Ni,etc.,are deposited on the precipitators surface.Alternatively,according to the characteristic surface of cenospheres,an Ag-coated catalytic system is adopted to first deposit Ag on the cenospheres surface,followed,if necessary,by the deposition of other metals such as Cu,Ni,etc.on the Ag-coated to produce monolayer and multilayer metal-coated cenospheres.The quality of metal coatings derived from the Ag coating catalytic system,is much glossier than that from the colloidal Pd catalytic system.
