不锈钢基催化电极的制备及应用 被引量:7

Preparation and application of catalytic electrodes of stainless steel

摘要 以不锈钢基为基体,制备了PbO2/PbO2-CeO2电催化电极,研究了沉积温度、电流密度、稀土等因素对电沉积PbO2电极的影响,通过实验确定了制备电极的沉积温度为60℃,电流密度为5~15 mA/cm2,且加入稀土能够细化PbO2颗粒。将电极应用到罗丹明B溶液脱色处理中,结果表明:在20 min催化时间内溶液脱色率可以达到100%,电压对溶液脱色率的影响不大,随电流密度的增加,脱色率显著升高。 The PbO_2/PbO_2-CeO_2 catalytic electrodes were prepared with stainless steel as a substrate.The influence of temperature,current density and RE(CeO_2) on PbO_2 electrodeposited plating were studied.The results showed that the excellent plating could be got at temperature of 60℃ and current density of 5-15 mA/cm^2.Accession of CeO_2 reduces the size of PbO_2 crystals.Color removal of simulated Rhodamine B was studied by electrolysis using PbO_2/PbO_2-CeO_2 as anode and stainless steel as cathode.The results showed that the color removal was up to 100% in 20 minutes,the effect of voltage on the color removal was negligible.With a rise of current density,the rate of color removal increased evidently.
