摘要
人与自然和谐是社会和谐的基本要义,是落实科学发展观,实现经济社会全面、协调与可持续发展的必然要求。为此,必须充分认识人与自然的和谐对于构建和谐社会的意义,加强环境法治建设,落实环境保护基本国策,实施可持续发展战略,构建人与自然的和谐关系,推进社会主义建设事业的不断向前发展。
The harmoniousness between human beings and nature is the key meening of harmonious soicety,the necessary reguirement of the all-round,co-ordinate,sustained development of economy and society.Therefore we should fully see the significance of the harmoniousness between human beings and nature in the construction of harmonious society,strengthen the construction of running environment by law,carry out the policy of environmental conservation,build up the harmonious relation between human beings and nature and promote the advance of the cause of socialist construction.
