摘要
为了解大学生心理健康水平,以症状自评表(SCL-90)及大学生心理健康影响因素问卷为测试工具,对829名大学生进行调查。研究发现SCL-90大部分因子分高于全国常模,女生的恐惧、强迫、敌对、焦虑等因子分高于男生。学习年级、学习压力、预期社会适应压力等对心理健康都有影响。因此应将大学生心理健康保健列为学校教育工作的一项任务,有针对性地开展高校心理健康教育工作。
In order to understand the standard of students' mental health in our school,829 College students have been investigated by scoring in Sympton Check List-90(SCL-90) and questionaire of factors influencing college students' mental health.The study shows that most factors in SCL-90 are higher than national norms.Girl students' fear、force、hostility and anxity are higher than boy students'.Learning grade,learning pressure and the pressure of anticipating social adaption have influence on mental health.So students mental health care should be listed in school education care as a task.Mental health education in institute of higher learning should be carried out directly.
