摘要
运用社会学、管理学的基本理论为指导,在明确目前上海市杨浦区建立社区体育俱乐部的必要性的基础上,以杨浦区社会发展为背景,以发达国家社区体育俱乐部的经验和研究成果为参考,以杨浦区社区体育组织现状分析为切入点,说明建立社区体育俱乐部的可行性,探索影响杨浦区社区体育组织发展的因素,制定符合转型时期社会发展大背景、适应杨浦区具体实际的社区体育俱乐部。
This article utilizes sociological,the management study elementary theory is the instruction,present Shanghai YangPu district to establish the community sports club in the necessary foundation,take the development as the background, take the developed country community sports club experience and the research results as the reference,the community sports organization present situation analysis as cuts into the spot,explained the establishment community sports club the feasibility, the formulation conforms to the reforming to develop the big background,to adapt YangPu district the specifically actual com- munity sports club.
