摘要
高等学校教师的角色不是一成不变的,而是发展和变化的,高校教师角色的变化是与大学和高等教育的发展和变化紧密相联的。本文试从大学教师角色的历史变化来分析教师角色的具体状况。
The role of the faculty changes with the development of higher education institutions.This article explores the typology of faculty role through historical changes of the characteristics of faculty role.
