摘要
从村庄布局规划与统筹城乡发展的关系入手,分析规划实施的各种制约因素后,制定出理想与现实可行性结合的方案,着重介绍规划布局的调整方式及与之对应的规划实施控制过程,最后探讨了一些规划的实施对策,提出把“农村社区建设”作为规划实施的组织制度变革等。
