摘要
以“勤勉、自助、协同”精神为主体的新村运动使韩国农村的经济、政治和精神领域都发生了重大变化。我国文化传统和目前的经济发展水平与韩国当年的情况有很多相似之处。本文在总结韩国新村运动成功经验的基础上,重点从其保证农村建设长期、可持续发展的角度分析了对我国新农村建设的启示,并结合我国具体国情,提出了五点有利于我国社会主义新农村建设稳定、可持续发展的制度建议。
The spirit of“Diligence,self-helping and cooperation”in the Korean new village campaign has brought tremendous changes to Korea s rural economy,politics and spiritual fields.There exist plen- ty of similarities between China and Korea in the culture and tradition.In addition,China s current eco- nomic development situation is also similar to Korea in the process of the reform.Accordingly,from the perspective of sustainable development,this paper analyses its enlightenments to China s rural construc- tion.In...
