溶藻细菌对棕囊藻溶藻过程的电子显微镜研究 被引量:5

摘要 从珠海海域的赤潮海水中分离出2株溶藻细菌Y01和Y04,对球形棕囊藻有显著的溶藻效果。利用扫描电镜对溶藻细菌的作用过程进行观察研究。结果表明,藻菌共同培养初期,藻菌密度均有较大的增长,在24 h内出现溶藻现象,72 h后绝大部分的藻细胞被溶解。溶藻过程为:溶藻细菌在藻细胞表面吸附、细菌密度增加、细菌包围藻细胞、藻细胞表层开始破裂、藻细胞内容物溶出、藻细胞破碎、死亡。溶藻过程循环往复,直至藻液中藻细胞全部被溶解。 The algae-lysis bacteria Y01,Y04 were isolated from seawater sample of Zhuhai just after red-tide.Both of them could lyse Phaeocystis globosa,and the lysing process was observed by SEM.The results showed that the density of P.globosa and bacteria both increased in the beginning of co-culture.In 24 h lysing phenomenon came into being and after 72h most of P.globosa was lysed.The lysed fragments of P.globosa got together in their areas and not scattered always.The lysing process could be described as follow: ...
