摘要
目的:探讨前列腺炎、前列腺增生时前列腺内部的血流改变。方法:应用经腹多普勒能量图对30例正常对照组、30例前列腺炎和25例前列腺增生患者进行前列腺内部血流观察。结果:前列腺增生组与正常前列腺组、前列腺炎组比较,前列腺增生组内部动脉收缩期血流速度(Vs)、阻力指数(RI)明显增高,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。但正常前列腺组与前列腺炎组内部血流参数相比无重要临床意义。结论:CDE为前列腺炎、前列腺增生疾病的诊断提供了客观依据。
