摘要
研究了上游泵送机械密封在真空装备轴封中的应用。该类机械密封动环端面的螺旋槽具有泵送效应,可将真空侧的阻塞介质向大气侧泵送,从而阻止外界空气向真空腔内渗透。设计了真空腔体的外装式和内装式轴封结构,分别研究了动环端面外侧和内侧开螺旋槽时液膜的压力分布规律。研究表明,低转速条件下,螺旋槽深度对液膜压力分布的影响显著。合理设计螺旋槽的槽形参数,可实现空气的零渗透,且仅伴随微量的阻塞介质泄漏。
The upstream pumping mechanical seal was used as shaft sealing of vacuum plants.The spiral grooves in the rotating ring end face possess pumping effect,and the obstructed fluid can be pumped from vacuum side to air side through the sealing face.Therefore,the obstructed fluid film can prevent the air from entering the vacuum vessel.The structures of the external and internal mechanical seals were designed and the pressure distribution of the fluid film in spiral grooved end faces was investigated.The results...
