摘要
模拟接触网系统工况,在高速销盘式摩擦磨损试验机上研究了高速接触轨/受电靴系统的受流质量。考虑接触网系统的弹性,分析了速度、接触力和刚度等参数对接触轨/受电靴系统受流质量的影响,提出了该系统受流质量评价方法。试验结果表明:低速时,接触轨/受电靴系统能保持稳定受流,速度超过一定范围后,受流质量随速度的增加而变差;在试验范围内,接触力越大受流质量越好,且考虑接触网系统弹性时的受流质量比不考虑弹性时要好;受流质量的好坏,与滑动摩擦副的表面特性有关。
