摘要
作为一种全新流通模式而兴起的超市,在我国生鲜食品流通领域所占的比重日益提高,文章从超市与农户的连接形式谈起,重点分析了农产品流通超市化对农户的影响,指出了如何进行调整以使农户适应这种新的挑战。
Supermarket, a brand-new circulation mode, is taking up an constantly higher proportion in China's fresh and raw agricultural products. This paper, beginning with the discussion of the linking form of super market and farmers, analyzes in particular the effects of supermarket circulation of farm products on farmers and proposes some countermeasures for farmers to adapt to this new challenge.
