摘要 在对车牌定位识别中采用传统算法进行特征提取的时候,当目标图像质量较差或者有较大的退化时,不是很有效。遗传算法作为一种新兴的智能算法,近年来被应用于许多社会生活领域中,并比较好地解决了相关领域的优化问题,近年来,有些学者应用遗传定位算法来解决车牌定位问题。 It is not very effective that draw out characteristics by traditional algorithm when target images have poor quality or large degeneration.As a burgeoning intellective algorithm,the genetic algorithm has been applied in many society and life fields recently,and by using it,people have solved many optimized questions in correlative fields.In recent years,some scholars have tried to solve plate location by using generic algorithm.
