摘要   辅助生育技术(artificial reproductive technology,ART)是指对配子、胚胎或者基因物质等进行操作而获得新生命的技术,它包括各种帮助不孕症患者妊娠的技术,如促排卵药物治疗、人工授精(artificial insemination,AH)和体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization & embryo transfer,IVF-ET)及其各项衍生技术.目前在ART中的研究热点是IVF-ET及其各项衍生技术.……
