知-信-行模式在原发性高血压患者健康教育中的应用 被引量:33

摘要 目的:探讨应用知-信-行模式(KABP)对原发性高血压患者进行健康教育的效果。方法:将原发性高血压患者80例随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,对照组患者采用传统的随机性健康教育方式,实验组依照知-信-行模式对患者实施健康教育。两组患者均进行出院后回访,以两组患者的院外药物治疗依从性行为,即患者的自我报告服药程度,患者的主动回访率,院外的自测血压行为作为评价指标。结果:两组患者自我报告服药程度、主动回访率、院外的自测血压行为实验组患者的药物治疗依从性行为明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:与传统的随机性健康教育方式相比,应用知-信-行模式对原发性高血压患者进行健康教育,更有利于其转变健康观念,促进药物治疗的依从性。 Objective: To study the effect of practice model of knowledge-attitude-belief on health education for the patients with essential hypertension.Methods: Eighty patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into experiment group(n=40) and control group(n=40).The routine health education was taken in the control group and practice model of knowledge-attitude-belief health education was applied in the experiment group.The patients in both groups were revisited after being discharged from hospital,taking such evaluation as behavior of compliance in medication and taking blood pressure by themselves out of hospital.Results: The behavior of compliance in medication was much more in the experiment group than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: Practice model of knowledge-attitude-belief is helpful to change patient's concept in health and can promote the behavior of compliance in medical treatment.
