摘要
目的:研究上皮性钙黏附蛋白(epithelial-cad,E-cad)和β连接素(β-cate-nin,β-cat)在宫颈上皮及宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(cervical intra epithelial neoplasia,CIN)和宫颈鳞癌中的表达及其意义.方法:应用SP法检测E-cad和β-cat在正常宫颈上皮、CIN Ⅰ级、CIN(Ⅱ～Ⅲ)级及宫颈鳞癌组织的表达.结果:正常宫颈中E-cad和β-cat为膜表达.E-cad表达在正常宫颈与鳞癌之间、CIN Ⅰ级与鳞癌之间的差别有统计学意义,P＜0.05;在鳞癌的不同病理学分级和肌层浸润深度之间的差别有统计学意义,P＜0.05.β-cat表达在正常宫颈与CIN(Ⅱ～Ⅲ)级、宫颈鳞癌以及CIN Ⅰ级与鳞癌之间差别有统计学意义,P＜0.05;在宫颈鳞癌的不同病理分级之间差别有统计学意义,P＜0.05.结论:E-cad和β-cat异常表达是宫颈上皮性肿瘤进展的早期表现;在宫颈浸润性鳞癌中,它们的异常表达可能与肿瘤的侵袭潜能有关.
Objective:To study E-cad and β-catenin(β-cat)expressions and their clinical significance in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Method:E-cad and β-cat expressions were investigated by the SP method in normal cervical epithelia,low—grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),high-grade CIN and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Results:In normal cervical epithelia,E-cad and β-cat expressed at the membranes.The difference of E-cad expression between normal cervical epithelia and invasive squamous cell carcinoma was as statistically significant as that between CINI and carcinoma(P<0.05).The difference of E-cad expression in histological classification of invasive carcinoma was as statistically significant as that in depth of muscular invasion(P<0.05).The difference of β-cat expression between normal cervical epithelia and CINⅡ-Ⅲ was as statistically significant as that between normal cervical epithelia and invasive squamous cell carcinoma,CINI and carcinoma(P<0.05).The differences of β-cat expression in histological classifications of invasive carcinoma were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The abnormal expressions of E-cad and β-cat are early events in the progress of carcinoma.In cervical squamous cell carcinoma,their abnormal expressions may be related to the invasion of carcinoma.
