摘要
目的旨在推动非热杀菌技术在中药制剂工业中的应用。方法查阅国内外相关文献资料,进行分析和归纳。结果介绍了辐照杀菌、微波杀菌、乙醇蒸汽杀菌、臭氧杀菌和环氧乙烷杀菌5种非热杀菌新技术,简述了它们杀菌的机制及对中药制剂杀菌的优缺点。结论制药企业应结合药物的性质、剂型和企业自身财力物力等,综合考虑选择合适的杀菌技术。
OBJECTIVE To impel the application of non-thermal sterilization techniques in Chinese medicine preparation industry.METHODS Some relevant literatures were retrieved,afterward,analysis and summary were made out.RESULTS Radicalization sterilization,microwave sterilization,ethanol steam sterilization,ozone sterilization and oxirane sterilization were introduced,and their mechanisms of sterilization,advantage and disadvantage in application were commented.CONCLUSION In consideration of medicine characteristics,formulation and financial resources,pharmacy company should choose appropriate sterilization technique for Chinese medicine preparation.
