摘要
利用MTT比色分析法和Brdu增殖细胞标记法,检测不同浓度GRg1对3T3细胞增殖的影响。发现GRg1在适当浓度范围内可以促进3T3细胞的增殖,为进一步探讨GRg1的药理作用及对胚胎发育的作用机理提供一些研究基础。
The proliferation of 3T3 cells was determined by MTT assay and bromodeoxyuridine(Brdu)-labeled 3T3 cells.Ginsenoside Rg1 at the optimal concentration could stimulate the proliferation of 3T3 cells obviously.It provided some basic studies to reseach Ginsenoside Rg1 pharmacological action and embryonic development.
