摘要
研究目的:为了解决客运专线架桥机通过隧道架梁施工的技术难题。本文结合石太客运专线Z8标段工程中架桥机过隧道架设大吨位箱梁实例,分析了架桥机过隧道架梁的影响因素和必要性。通过重点介绍TLJ900型辅助下导梁式架桥机进隧道口时末孔箱梁以及出隧道口首孔箱梁的施工方法、施工步骤,总结出一套宝贵的施工技术。研究结果:通过TLJ900型架桥机过隧道架梁施工技术总结,体现了TLJ900型架桥机在过隧道箱梁架设过程中的先进性、灵活性和安全性。
