摘要
对近几年来非洲菊植株再生和基因工程育种的研究进展和成果进行了总结,同时对非洲菊不同外植体材料和培养基配方的进展进行了探讨.近年来,不断发展的基因工程技术已经成为花卉育种研究的热点,解决了一些传统育种工作中不能突破的问题,它为非洲菊性状改良提供了全新的思路,主要介绍了这一技术在非洲菊花色、花型和增加抗性等方面的应用概况.
