摘要
石佛寺水库建成以来,随着工业、农业、生活3大污染的影响,水库水体已受到一定程度的污染。综合分析石佛寺水库对生态环境造成的影响并制定相应的对策,通过有无对比法分析,确定项目实际引起的生态环境变化,同时采用成功度评价法与模糊层次综合评定法结合对石佛寺水库生态环境影响效果进行定量分析,从而判断该项目对环境的作用和影响。这不仅对维护库区周围的可持续发展具有重要意义,而且为其它水库的生态治理提供了理论指导。
