摘要
目的:对民族药白花丹和红花丹进行系统的药材比较研究,为其鉴别提供科学依据.方法:采用原植物、性状、显微、薄层鉴定方法.结果:通过原植物、性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别能够很好地鉴定两种原植物.结论:原植物、性状鉴别、显微鉴别方法简便易操作,可作为两种民族药材定性鉴别.
To study Plumbago zeylanica L.and Plumbago incida L.systemically,and provide scientific evidence for identification and application,the paper adopts original plant identification,morphological,microscopic indentification,thin layer chromatography(TLC).The research shows the methods metioned hereinbefore are useful to indentify Plumbago zeylanica L.and Plumbago incida L..A conclusion can be drawn that the methods are practical,special and reproducible.
