摘要
研究了不同冷却速度对SCM435冷镦钢盘条组织性能的影响。结果表明:当吐丝温度为850℃、冷却速度为0.22℃/s时,盘条的金相组织为珠光体+铁素体,晶粒度8~9级,脱碳层(0.2~0.5)D%,盘条的力学及冷镦性能良好。
The influence of various cooling speed on structure and property of wire bar of SCM435 cold heading steel is researched.It is showed from the result that when finishing temperature is 850 ℃ and cooling speed 0.22 ℃/s,the bar's mechanical and cold heading properties are excellent with its microstructure as pearlite plus ferrite,grain size 8~9 grade,thickness of decarburization layer(0.2~0.5)D%.
