摘要
将大鼠以大脑中动脉线栓法(MCAO)造成脑卒中模型,观察电针与康复训练的不同干预次序对卒中大鼠皮层诱发电位P_1波潜伏期的影响。结果:先运动后针组同造模组比较P_1波潜伏期明显改善,差异显著(P<0.05),而其余各组间比较则无明显差异。结论:电针与康复训练对卒中大鼠的体感诱发电位有所影响,而且先运动后针组的改善更为明显。
To investigate the effects of different intervention order of electroacupuncture and rehabilitation training on the focal cerebral ischemia in rats.The model rats were made by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) and the changes of cortical somatosensory evokded potential (SEP) were obsvered.The result showed that the amplitude (P1) of first rehabilitation training group increased significantly compared with control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The different intervention order of electroacupuncture and reco...
