摘要
探讨基础护理技术培训在提高护士整体素质和技术水平中的作用。组织护士进行规范化培训,将以往各自独立的各项操作组合成临床实际工作流程,增加临床主要使用部分的操作要领,采取实地实物示教、真人真做训练、临床操作、考核相结合。
To discuss the effects of basic technological training in improving the quality of nurses. Nurses were formally trained with real sets according to clinical working procedures.The training was evaluated based on clinical tests and practices.
