摘要
综述了Lib2.0(图书馆2.0)概念的产生与发展,分析了图书馆在1.0阶段服务与理念的变革,以及在2.0阶段用户信息需求的趋势,进而分析了在图书馆2.0阶段,为用户提供服务的内容与方式的变革,即由信息服务转向知识服务,探讨了在此背景下图书馆员应具备的素质。
