摘要
目的:研究木棉Cossampinus malabaria根提取物(Y2)的抗肿瘤作用。方法:在体外试验有效的基础上,用体内接种法研究Y2对腹水瘤小鼠生命延长的影响及对小鼠子宫颈癌U14的抗肿瘤作用。结果:Y2对腹水瘤小鼠生命延长的影响,随着药物浓度增大,抑制作用增强,明显地延长了S-180腹水型小鼠的存活时间。Y2高、中、低三个剂量组对小鼠子宫颈癌U14的抑制率均大于90%。结论:Y2具有明显的抗肿瘤作用。
Objective: To study the antitumor activity of extract(Y2)from the roots of Gossampinus malabaria(L.)
