摘要
高校试办高水平运动队是国家教委为完善学校体育体制而采取的一项重大改革措施．本文通过我国部分高校高水平足球队的调查研究，找出了影响高校高水平足球队发展的主要因素，为今后高校高水平足球队的进一步发展提供理论依据．
