摘要
从心理学的角度出发,将用户接触和使用产品的过程分为行动前、行动中和行动后3个阶段,并分别论述各个阶段如何将行动引导应用于产品设计中,以达到让产品自我说明和表达其操作方式,提供给用户简单、无障碍的使用经历的目的。
The course of user getting contact with a product was divided into 3 steps including sen- tience,conducting,and feedback from the point of psychology.The way of using action guide in each step was discussed to make the product more suitable for people.The purpose was to provide the users a using ex- perience without any troubles or depression.
