摘要 通过讨论海上石油钻井平台用管材空泡腐蚀失效的案例,研究管材空泡腐蚀的宏观特征和微观特征。认为空泡腐蚀存在外形轮廓似马蹄和动物头盖骨、腐蚀坑内部形如盆地、穿孔在盆地底部且孔很小、斜面上布满挤出棱,以及腐蚀坑表面无明显腐蚀覆盖物等宏观特征;而其微观组织则出现变形流线和变形孪晶,表层发生形变硬化,同时腐蚀坑表面具有断裂特征。 The macro and micro characteristics of vacuolar corrosion were studied;a failure case of vacuolar corrosion of petroleum pipe of seashore well-drilling rig was discussed.The macro characteristics show that the outline of vacuolar corrosion is similar to horse's hoof and the brain skeleton of animal,the inner of etched pit is similar to basin,a small-size hole lies in the bottom of basin,the extruded ridge is distributed in sloping plane,and no explicit corrosion covering on the etched pit surface.The flow lines and deformation twin appeared in microstructure, strain-hardening occurred in superficial coat,and the surface of etched pit has the characteristic of fracture.
