摘要
廉租房制度作为住房保障体系的一项重要内容,其实质就是要解决城镇最低收入群体的住房问题。廉租房体系建设在我国还处于起步阶段,保障体系还不完善,文章根据这一情况从我国城镇廉租房的现状入手,通过借鉴国外廉租房方面的经验,提出了针对性的完善措施。
The low-rent housing system as an important content of housing security,its essence is to solve urban housing problem of the lowest income person.Low-rent housing institutional improvement in China is still at an early stage,the system is not perfect.This paper is based on the situation of China's urban low-rent from the start of the status,by drawing on the experiences abroad,raise the perfect targeted measures in the hope of further improving of our urban low-rent housing system.
