摘要
儒家思想作为中国传统文化的主流,是我国民族精神的一种文化支撑,对于我国社会主义和谐社会的建设具有重要意义。本文通过对儒家思想的诠释,拟证明新世纪的我国领导干部可以从儒家文化的优秀遗产中汲取营养,进行领导角色的转换以及文化适应。
As the mainstream of Chinese culture,Confucian Tradition has become the basis of Chinese people's spirit,and will play an important role in the construction of socialist harmonious society in China.The paper tries to prove that the administrative leaders in China can learn from the excellent culture heritage of Confucian Tradition to make the role transformation as well as the cultural application.
