摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在腹股沟疝与股疝鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2021年10月至2022年9月,安徽省庐江县人民医院收治的107例腹股沟疝与股疝患者的资料,患者术前均经彩色多普勒超声检查,并分析其影像学检查结果,探究彩色多普勒超声在腹股沟疝与股疝鉴别诊断中的价值。结果107例患者均经手术确诊,其中斜疝75例,直疝20例,股疝12例;彩色多普勒超声检查发现73例斜疝,19例直疝,12例股疝,另3例被误诊为脂肪瘤;彩色多普勒超声诊断斜疝敏感度为96.00%、特异度为96.87%;诊断直疝敏感度为95.00%、特异度为96.55%;诊断股疝敏感度为100.00%、特异度为100.00%。结论彩色多普勒超声在腹股沟疝与股疝中诊断敏感度、特异度均较高,可为手术治疗方案的制订及细节调整提供相关参考依据。
Objective To investigate the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of inguinal hernia and femoral hernia.Methods The data of 107 patients with inguinal hernia and femoral hernia who were admitted to Lujiang County People's Hospital,Anhui Province from October 2021 to September 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients underwent color Doppler ultrasonography before surgery,and the examination results were analyzed.The value of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of inguinal hernia and femoral hernia was discussed.Results All 107 patients were confirmed by surgery including 75 cases of indirect hernia,20 cases of direct hernia and 12 cases of femoral hernia.Color Doppler ultrasound found 73 cases of indirect hernia,19 cases of direct hernia and 12 cases of femoral hernia,and 3 cases were misdiagnosed as lipoma.The sensitivity and specificity of color Doppler ultrasound were 96.00%and 96.87%for diagnosing indirect hernia,95.00%and 96.55%for diagnosing direct hernia,100.00%and 100.00%for diagnosing femoral hernia.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has high sensitivity and specificity for diagnosing inguinal hernia and femoral hernia.It can provide reference for the development of surgical plan and adjustment of details.
