摘要
近年来,随着运动人口的增加,前交叉韧带损伤患者的数量呈逐渐上升的趋势。目前,关节镜下前交叉韧带解剖重建术被广泛运用于治疗此类患者,该方法能够纠正膝关节的前后向稳定性,但对旋转稳定性的恢复效果仍有限。本文综合考察了国内外相关文献中关于前交叉韧带重建术对膝关节稳定性影响的研究,并进行了综合评述。
In recent years,with the increasing number of people participating in sports,there has been a gradual increase in the number of patients with anterior cruciate ligament injuries.Currently,arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament anatomical reconstruction surgery is widely used for treating such patients,which can correct the anterior-posterior stability of the knee joint.However,the recovery effect on rotational stability is still limited.This article comprehensively investigated the impact of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction on knee joint stability based on relevant literature from both domestic and international sources,and provided a comprehensive review.
