以复发性脑梗死为临床表现的特鲁索综合征一例并文献复习

摘要 特鲁索综合征(Trousseau's syndrome,TS)是指恶性肿瘤在其发病过程中不同程度凝血和纤维蛋白溶解机制异常而并发的自发性反复发作性游走性动静脉血栓栓塞事件,包括肺栓塞、动静脉血栓形成,多见于肺癌、胰腺癌、乳腺癌、结肠癌等[1]。反复复发性脑梗死可能是恶性肿瘤的潜在证据,不容忽视,近年来以反复发作性脑梗死为首发临床表现的TS陆续报道,现报道1例以复发性脑梗死为临床表现、短时间临床死亡的TS,并复习文献,分析其发病机制、临床特点、治疗方法及预后,以提高对TS的认识。
