3D生物打印在皮肤领域的研究及应用进展

摘要 3D生物打印技术通过逐层沉积载有细胞的生物墨水打印目标组织结构,现已广泛应用于生物医疗领域。本文主要聚焦于3D生物打印技术现有分类及其在皮肤领域的科研及应用现状展开综述,特别介绍了3D生物打印皮肤在皮肤生理学、皮肤疾病模型等科学研究方面的突破及在再生医学、化妆品与药物研发和皮肤局部药物递送等临床转化领域的应用。尽管有巨大潜能,但还需改良生物墨水配方并开发更先进的打印技术以提升生物打印皮肤的性能。结合机器学习算法,未来该技术可将个性化治疗及复杂组织制造达到新高度,推动皮肤组织工程与再生医学的发展。 Three-dimensional(3D)bioprinting enables the fabrication of targeted tissue structures by layer-by-layer deposition of cell-containing bioinks.This technology finds diverse applications in the field of biomedicine.In this review,we begin by examining current categories of 3D bioprinting techniques.We then provide an overview of the current research and applications of bioprinting in the realm of skin.Specifically,we delve into the advancements of 3D bioprinted skin in research,encompassing skin physiology and skin disease modeling,and its utilization in clinical domains such as regenerative medicine,cosmetics,drug screening,and topical drug delivery.Despite its great potential,further development of bioink materials and current bioprinting technology is still needed to improve the functionalities of the printed skin structures.By integrating with machine learning,this technology could take personalised therapies and complex tissue fabrication to unprecedented levels in the future,advancing the development of skin tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
