选煤厂带式输送机节能降耗优化改造 被引量:12

摘要 沙坪洗煤厂109原煤带式输送机运行能力富余,存在'大马拉小车'现象,造成能效浪费,结合目前的经营现状,决定对109带式输送机驱动部件进行技术改造,提高109带式输送机运行效率,降低带面磨损,保护设备、 降低运行成本,从节能降耗的理念出发,主要从带式输送机电机选型设计、 液力耦合器配套选型、 减速机选型、 主驱动滚筒选型、 改造效果与经济效益分析进行论证,对改造的可行性进行了简要的综述,对于同行业在解决运输能力方面具有一定的借鉴指导意义. Shaping Coal Preparation Plant 109 raw coal belt conveyor has ample operation capacity resulting in energy efficiency waste.Combined with the current management status,it is decided to carry out technical transformation of 109 belt conveyor drive components,improve the operation efficiency of 109 belt conveyor,reduce belt wear,so as to protect the equipment,reduce operating costs.Based on the concept of energy saving and consumption reduction,the feasibility of the transformationis analyzed from the views of belt conveyor motor selection design,hydraulic coupler matching selection,reducer selection,main drive drum selection,transformation effect and economic benefit analysis.The transformation can offer references for the solution of inappropriate transport capacity.
