摘要
目的 了解新疆喀什地区女性对无痛分娩的认知现状及影响因素.方法 利用自行设计的调查问卷,对喀什市大小店面、企事业单位随机抽取1154例女性进行问卷调查,并对观察指标进行统计分析.结果 喀什地区女性无痛分娩整体知晓率为38.85%,其中无痛分娩知晓率最高是导乐(占15.51%),仅2.43%女性知道椎管内给药是镇痛效果最好,对母婴影响最小的无痛分娩方法;女性了解无痛分娩主要途径是网络(占17.94%);不同学历、民族女性无痛分娩知识知晓率有统计学差异,学历越低知晓率越低,少数民族女性知晓率明显低于汉族女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 喀什地区女性对无痛分娩整体知晓率较低,应加强宣传教育力度,提高喀什地区女性对无痛分娩的认知水平.
Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of women's cognition of painless labor in kashgar.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 1154 women randomly selected from stores,enterprises and institutions in Kashgar,and statistical analysis was made on the observed indicators.Results The overall awareness rate of painless delivery among women in kashi area was 38.85%,among which the awareness rate of painless delivery was the highest in daoler(15.51%),and only 2.43%of women know that intralvertebral administration was the painless delivery method with the best analgesic effect and the least impact on mother and baby.The main route for women to understand painless delivery was the Internet(17.94%).There was a statistically significant difference in the awareness rate of painless childbirth among women of different educational backgrounds and ethnic groups.The lower the education level,the lower the awareness rate.The awareness rate of ethnic minority women was significantly lower than that of Han women,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall awareness rate of painless childbirth among women in kashgar is low,and the efforts of publicity and education should be strengthened to improve the cognition level of painless childbirth among women in kashgar.
