摘要
目的:探讨股骨头单纯压缩性骨折的治疗方法。方法所有回访成功的(2~9年)21例单纯压缩性股骨头骨折患者,均卧床休息3个月,给予胫骨结节牵引等治疗。结果参照髋关节功能评分标准(Harris),优良者10例,良者6例,一般者3例,差者2例,优良率高达76.2%。结论股骨头单纯压缩性骨折保守治疗可以取得良好的效果。
Objective To investigate and research the treatment and clinical ef ects of femoral head compression fractures.Methods 21 patients were fol owed up for 2-9years.Al patients were treated with non-operative methods:resting in bed for three months and performing traction of tubercle of tibia and etc.Results According to the Harris Hip Score's criteria,10 cases were rated as excellent,6 cases were good,3cases were fair,and only 2 were poor.The overal rate of excellent and good was as high as 76.2%.Conclusions Non-operative method is an ef ective method in the treatment of femoral head compression fractures.
