摘要
目的:观察缬沙坦和氨氯地平治疗老年高血压合并2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为缬沙坦组、氨氯地平组和联合治疗组各40例,比较三组患者的降压效果、血糖及肾功能指标。结果 C组的mALB明显低于A、B组,C组的降压效果明显优于A、B组。结论缬沙坦配伍氨氯地平治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病可以较好的控制患者的血压,同时还可以减轻靶器官损害,是治疗老年高血压合并2型糖尿病的理想方法。
Objective:To observe the ef ect of valsartan and amlodipine for 82 elderly hypertensive patients combined with type 2 diabetes.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into valsartan,amlodipine group and combined treatment group of 40 patients in each group.The antihypertensive ef ect,blood glucose and renal function parameters were compared in the three groups of patients.Results:mALB of group C was statistical y significantly lower than those of patients in group A and group B.Group C had significantly bet er antihypertensive ef ect than those of patients in group A and group B.Conclusion:The treatment of valsartan combined with amlodipine in patients of hypertension and type 2 diabetes can ontrol the patient's blood pressure wel,and it also can reduce the damage of target organ,so it is the ideal way to treat elderly hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes.
