摘要
目的:评价缬沙坦治疗老年高血压的临床疗效。方法98例老年高血压患者,分成对照组和观察组。对照组给予氨氯地平治疗;观察组给予氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗。结果观察组总有效率95.92%高于对照组82.67%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦治疗老年高血压疗效显著,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To study the clinical ef ect of valsartan treatment of the elderly patients with hypertension.Method:98 cases of elderly hypertensive patients,divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given amlodipine treatment;the observation group was given amlodipine combined with valsartan.Results:Total ef ective rate of the observation group is 95.92%higher than that of the control group 82.67%,the dif erence was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension,curative ef ect is good.It has high value in clinical application.
