摘要
目的探讨门诊患者存在的心里问题及原因,并为其提供科学合理的心理护理和健康教育。方法对前来就诊的患者进行观察分析,根据患者存在的心里问题实施相应的护理干预和健康教育。结果根据患者存在不同程度的心里困扰,应用心理学知识给予心理干预和健康教育,在很大程度上缓解了患者的不良情绪。结论心理干预和健康教育可以有效的改善患者的心里状况,减少焦虑和抑郁的情绪,提高生活质量,让患者能用良好的心态面对社会。
Objective To investigate the causes of heart problems and outpatients exist,and provide scientific and rational psychological care and health education.Methods Patients come to treatment were observed and analyzed,based on the presence of heart problems in patients with the implementation of appropriate nursing interventions and health education.Results According to varying degrees of heart problems in patients,the application of psychological knowledge to give psychological intervention and health education,in large part to ease the patient's negative emotions.Conclusion Psychological intervention and health education can ef ectively improve the patient's heart condition,reduce anxiety and depression,mood,quality of life,so that patients can use a good at itude to face society.
