摘要
目的对采用腹腔镜手术进行子宫肌瘤治疗的临床效果进行探讨和分析。方法以我院2012年10月~2013年10月收治的84例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,随机将他们分为对照组和观察组,每组各42例,对照组采用开腹手术进行治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜手术进行治疗,对比两组患者在术中和术后的各项情况。结果对照组与观察组患者相比,在手术用时上相对较短,两组比较差异P<0.05,具有统计学意义;观察组患者的术中出血量比对照组要少,在术后排气时间、住院时间等方面要比对照组用时短,两组的各项指标比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜手术治疗子宫肌瘤,患者创伤小、术中出血量少、术后恢复较快、住院时间也相对较短,是目前治疗子宫肌瘤比较理想的方法。
Objective To explore the clinical ef ect of laparoscopic myomectomy and traditional opened surgery on hysteromyoma.Methods 84 cases of patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n=42)and control group(n=42)experimental group were given laparoscopic myomectomy and control group were given opened surgery.Results The surgery time of experimental group was significantly longer than control group;the blooding during surgery,hospital time and time of gas elimination of experimental group were significantly shorter than control group.Conclusion Use of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of uterine fibroids,less trauma,less bleeding,faster postoperative recovery,hospitalization time is relatively short,the treatment of uterine fibroids ideal.
