摘要
目的:探讨两种电话回访方式对PCI术后患者治疗依从性的影响。方法将2011年1月~12月在我院行PCI术的急性心肌梗死患者126例随机分为观察组和对照组进行电话回访观察。对照组由主管护师对患者本人于出院后1w及第1、3、6个月和1年时进行电话回访,共5次。观察组在对患者进行电话回访的同时对患者家属也进行回访,进行相关知识的健康教育。观察1年内两组患者的治疗依从性情况。结果观察组在按时就医、遵医服药、规律运动、科学膳食、身心状态等方面的情况明显优于对照组。结论对PCI术后患者及其家庭成员进行电话回访,能充分发挥家庭及社会的支持作用,其遵医性较仅患者接受电话回访的 PCI术后患者的遵医性明显提高。
Objective To investigate the two kinds of methods on telephone interviews after PCI impact patient compliance.Methods January 2011-December 2011 in our hospital underwent PCI in acute myocardial infarction 126 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group fol ow up cal observation.The control group by the charge nurse and the patient was discharged one week after my third at 3 and 6 months and one year fol ow up cal,a total of five times,last visit 1 year.Patients were observed in the group of telephone interviews of family members of patients while also visit for health education related knowledge.Patients were observed for 1 year compliance situation.Results The medication in compliance with health,regular exercise,science diet,timely medical care,and other aspects of physical and mental state than the control group.Conclusion After PCI patients and their family members at the same time fol ow up cal,give ful play to the role of family and social support,can improve their treatment adherence and reduce the incidence of complications.
