摘要
目的分析和讨论钢板内固定物取出困难的原因和对策。方法回顾分析钢板螺钉内固定物取出困难23例临床资料。结果本组回访6个月~2年,所有病例骨折愈合良好,无再发骨折发生。结论内固定物取出术前需要做好充分的思想准备和物质准备,术中要严格规范操作,取出内固定,既要保证内固定不遗留,完全取出,又要维持原来骨的强度。
Objective To analyze and discuss the causes and Countermeasures of steel plate internal fixation removal dif icult.Methods Clinical data of 23 cases of difficult removal of plate and screw internal fixation.Results The fol ow-up from 6 months to 2 years,al fractures healed wel,no refracture occurred.Conclusion Internal fixation removal requires adequate mental preparation and physical preparation before operation,to strictly regulate the operation,internal fixation removal,both to ensure internal fixation is not left,completely removed,and maintain the original bone strength.
