摘要
目的通过观察对肺癌125I粒子植入术后患者进行常规护理的护士外周血白细胞的变化情况评估护士受到的辐射损害,探讨有效的辐射防护措施。方法将我院胸外科20例护士随机分为两组:①实验组,n=10;于对照组,n=10。实验组对进行125I放射性粒子植入术后患者(术后立即于植入部位体表覆盖0.25mm铅当量铅橡胶防护衣)进行日常护理,对照组护理人员在本研究进行期间不接触粒子植入术后患者。在第3个月和第个6月对实验组和对照组护士进行外周血白细胞计数进行比较,同时对实验组护理125I粒子植入患者前后的外周血白细胞进行比较,并观察其有无出现急性辐射损伤的相关症状。结果①实验组和对照组白细胞计数平均水平差别无明显统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组3个月及6月白细胞计数平均水平较实验前无明显改变。于实验组未出现急性辐射损伤的相关症状(包括皮肤粘膜改变及消化系统、泌尿生殖系统病变)。结论对接受125I放射性粒子植入治疗的患者(术后立即于植入体表部位覆盖0.25mm铅当量铅橡胶防护衣)进行日常护理是安全的,不会对护理人员造成急性辐射损伤,是否造成慢性辐射损伤有待进一步研究。
Objectives According to white blood cellcounts of the nursing staf who are close contact with the lung cancer patients received 125I implantion,determine if there is radiation damage,to explore the radiological protection to the nursing staf.Methods Select 20 nurses of thoracic surgery department of our hospital who met the study design conditions,then divide them into two groups randomly:(1)Experimental group,n=10;(2)Control group,n=10.Nurses in the experimental group did daily care for patients after 125I radioactive seeds brachytherapy(covering the 0.25mm Pb equivalent leaded rubber on the surface of the skin implant site),and during the study period,control group did no contact with the patients received radioactive seeds brachytherapy.Compare the white blood cellcounts in the time points of 3rd and 6th month of the nurses in the experimental group and control group,to determine if there is acute or chronic radiation damage in our nurses.Results 1 The average of blood white cellcount between the the experimental group and the control group has no statistical y significant.White blood cellcount in the time point of 3rd and 6th month has no significant change compared with which before the experiment in the experimental group;2.Nurses in the experimental group were not associated with symptoms of radiation damage.Conclusion Nursing staf who do daily care for patients(covering the 0.25mm Pb equivalent leaded rubber on the surface of the skin implant site)after 125I radioactive seeds brachytherapy won't result in acute radiation damage,if it wil cause chronic radiation damage needs further experiment and research.
