摘要
目的探讨高龄肺癌患者围手术期的有效护理措施。方法对2011年6月~2012年12月我院85例手术切除的高龄肺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对所有的患者均采取术前、术后护理措施。结果显效的50例,有效25例,无效10例,总有效率高达90.24%。结论加强对行手术切除的高龄肺癌患者围手术期的护理,可以明显地提高手术的成功率,减少患者术后并发症的发生,对促进高龄肺癌患者的康复起着重要的作用。
Objective Explore the ef ective nursing measures for elderly lung cancer patients in perioperative period.Methods Clinical data of f 85 the elderly lung cancer patients of operation excision from June to 2012 to 2011 December in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and nursing measures before operation and after operation for al the patients were taken.Results 50 patients were improved markedly ef ectively,25 cases ef ectively,and 10 invalidly.The total ef ective rate was as high as 90.24%.Conclusion Strengthening the nursing of elderly lung cancer patients after operation excision in perioperative period can significantly improve the success rate of operation,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and play an important role in promoting the rehabilitation of elderly patients.
